Crantock Cottage Annexe is a self contained ground floor apartment suitable for two adults or a family of four.

It has a spacious lounge with television and DVD player.

It also has a separate fully equipped kitchen which includes double oven/grill, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A washing machine tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and clothes line are also available.

It has one large bedroom with a kingsize bed and a set of bunks and large en-suite bathroom with large bath with shower over, toilet and bidet. There is an additional toilet and shower off the lounge.

The price includes energy and the provision of bedding and towels (but not beach towels).

A travel cot and high chair are available at no extra cost.

Facilities for the drying of wet suits and the storage of surf boards is also available.

There is parking for one vehicle

For the comfort of most of our guests we operate a no smoking policy and for the same reason we do not accept dogs.
